Our practice is deliberately small. We run only two treatment rooms in parallel to make sure every patient gets enough time. That means shorter waits, quieter waiting areas and more personal encounters.
On the technical side, we work with modern equipment: high-resolution 4D ultrasound, digital colposcopy, in-house rapid lab tests. It all serves one goal — getting you answers faster, with greater peace of mind.

I am Dr. med. Alexandra Fischer, a specialist in obstetrics and gynecology, and I support women through every stage of life with experience, empathy and personal dedication.
After many years at renowned hospitals — including the Universitätsklinik Düsseldorf, the breast center of Dr. Rezai and most recently the Klinikum Essen-Mitte under Prof. Kümmel — I have fulfilled my wish of opening a practice of my own. My goal is to combine modern medicine with personal, trusting care.
My focus areas are gynecological screening and prevention, pregnancy care, ultrasound diagnostics and general women's health. What matters most to me is that every patient feels both medically well cared for and understood as a person.
Beyond my work, I am also the mother of six-year-old twins. So I know from my own experience how much understanding, patience and individual care mean to women and families in an often demanding everyday life.
